Randy, Business Owner
Randy, a United States Marine veteran, founded Blue Waters Pool & Spas, Inc. in August of 1999. Since his previous work experience taught him the knowledge of all things mechanical, Randy now uses his ability to problem solve and repair all makes and models of swimming pools and spa equipment. He strives to provide his customers with an uncomplicated, cost effective, and timely solution to their pool or spa problems. Randy has chosen to sell only top-quality lines of products such as BioGuard chemicals, Bullfrog Spas, and Hayward name brands. Having been in business for so many years, he has now moved the retail, service, and repair business three times and is now located in a much larger location to accommodate our growth.
Aileen, Business Manager
Aileen joined Blue Waters Pool & Spas in 2005. She has, at one time or another, carried out all of the different employee positions. These experiences enabled her to manage a solid infrastructure of departments that follow the company’s core business ethics. Aileen’s commitment to outstanding business practices inspires every aspect of the business—from service to sales and all points in between. As the business continues to grow, she still keeps her hand in wherever she is needed (though she says it’s just for the sheer fun of it!).
Kevin, General Manager
After an extensive 25 year career in retail as a District Manager/Regional Director at the world’s largest retailer, Kevin made the decision to retire from retail and get out of the corporate world in order to get closer to home and more time with his family. Kevin joined us to oversee total operations and sales at Blue Waters in August 2017. He has been a great addition to our Blue Waters family. Colby, Service Coordinator
Colby is a local native of the Columbus area. He joined our team at Blue Waters in January and is making a positive impact in our service areas.
